AS I LAY DYING Guitarist Launches NOMAD CLOTHING

March 26, 2011

Phil Sgrosso, guitarist of the Grammy-nominated metal band AS I LAY DYING, has just unveiled his latest project, Nomad Clothing. The clothing line is geared for a complete launch this spring.

Commented Sgrosso: "The time has come to let everyone know about a new project I've been working on. I've recently started up Nomad Clothing, which will cover a range of clothing and accessories beyond your average t-shirt line. With fashion trends becoming more over-the-top these days, I wanted to start something simple that represented my taste and ideas that I could share with others throughout the world."

Nomad Clothing was conceptualized as an alternative fashion recourse for Sgrosso. The guitarist, who has spent the better part of the past decade married to the road, has had his image of modern fashion shift from an incidental adornment to a necessary comfort. He created Nomad as a reflection of himself; strong in nature, yet subdued in style and simplicity.

Nomad delivers quality clothing focused on design, detail, and overall comfort. The line is inspired by the true wayfarer spirit, designed for ultimate durability, from conception through construction. The colors, prints, and structures create a clean visual identity, which carries through the line's assemblage of printed Ts, woven shirts, and tailored-fit jeans.

The collection’' debut will be revealed in the coming weeks.
