Ex-WHITE LION / FREAK OF NATURE vocalist Mike Tramp has reportedly relocated to Tasmania, Australia and has just completed the recording of his new album, to be titled Don't Take My Rock N Roll. Self-produced and recorded in Copenhagen, Denmark (with the mix done in Los Angeles by WHITE LION / FREAK OF NATURE / CAPRICORN engineer Phil Kaffel),the CD features the following line-up of musicians: Mike Tramp (guitar &amp vocals),Kasper Damgaard (guitar),Emil Bendixen (bass),Kasper Foss (drums),and Dan Hemmer (Hammond B3),with a guest appearance from guitarist Oliver Steffensen (ex-FREAK OF NATURE). SILVER are a new British / German all-star project featuring the talents of Gary Barden (ex-MSG vocals),Bernie Torme (ex-OZZY OSBOURNE / GILLAN / DESPERADO guitars),Don Airey (ex-MSG / currently in TEN keyboards),Michael Voss (ex-CASANOVA / currently in DEMON DRIVE bass) and Marco Minnemann (ex-H-BLOCKX drums). The band is presently working on its debut album, which will reportedly include compositions written by Andreas Bruhn (ex-SISTERS OF MERCY). Song titles include: 'Brother Kill Brother', 'The Writer', 'Silver', and 'Pretender'.

PARADISE LOST's latest effort, Believe In Nothing, has entered the German Pop Album charts at number 10.

SICK OF IT ALL will reportedly be issuing a 'home video' entitled The Story So Far through Fat Wreck Chords in the spring. Here's what drummer Armand had to say about it: 'It has all kinds of live footage from all around the world, and a slightly disturbing scene of bassist Craig doing pull-ups. Is that alone not worth the money?' SICK OF IT ALL have also shot a video for the song 'District' off the Yours Truly album, which is apparently getting lots of airplay in Europe. In other SICK OF IT ALL news, Fat Wreck Chords will be releasing a new compilation entitled Live Fat, Die Young, with an unreleased SICK OF IT ALL song. The track is from the Yours Truly sessions and is entitled 'I Believe'.

SKID ROW have lined up a single club show during April. It will be taking place on April 13th at the Metal Factory in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Finland's WARMEN, featuring members of CHILDREN OF BODOM, TUNNELVISION and WISARD, are currently recording their second album.

YNGWIE MALMSTEEN came in second in the 'Best Guitarist' category (ex-MR. BIG guitarist Paul Gilbert came in first) in the annual readers poll in the Japanese Burrn! Magazine. YNGWIE also appeared in the 'Best Bassist' category (he placed 6th),as well as in the 'Best Producer' (10th),'Best Album' (13th),and Best Group' (16th) categories.
