ARCH ENEMY, BEHEMOTH: New Audio Interviews Posted Online

October 15, 2007

The latest episode of "Talking Metal" features interviews hosts Mark Strigl and John Ostronomy conducted with ARCH ENEMY members Angela Gossow and Michael Amott as well as BEHEMOTH's Adam "Nergal" Darski. The 60-minute podcast can be downloaded at this location. iTunes users can also subscribe to "Talking Metal" for free at this location.

As previously reported, ARCH ENEMY will take part in a signing session at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada's Scrape Records (located at 17 West Broadway) prior to the store's 10th anniversary bash tonight (Monday, October 15) at the Commodore. The whole band will present for the in-store, which is expected to begin around 5:00 p.m

In addition to ARCH ENEMY, Scrape Records' 10th anniversary bash will feature performances by INFERNAL MAJESTY, SINNED and SOULSCAR.

ARCH ENEMY's new album, "Rise of the Tyrant", sold around 8,900 in the United States in its first week of release — approximately 25 percent less than the opening number (12,000) of its predecessor, 2005's "Doomsday Machine" (which landed at No. 87).

ARCH ENEMY recently completed work on a video for the track "Revolution Begins" with acclaimed Swedish director Patric Ullaeus (DIMMU BORGIR, IN FLAMES, LACUNA COIL). Look for the clip to make its debut on MTV2's Headbanger's Blog in the coming weeks.
