ANKLA To Join AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE Tour

May 9, 2007

In preparation for their summer long stint on this year's Ozzfest, ANKLA will join the upcoming "Can't Stop The Machine Tour". Headlined by AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE, the trek will also feature GODHEAD and OBLIGE. ANKLA will join the trek on June 1.

While ANKLA's appearance at this year's Ozzfest will be the band's first jaunt on the mother of all metal festivals, it won't be the first for band guitarist Ramon Ortiz. Ortiz was part of Ozzfest 1999 when he was a member of groundbreaking Spanish metal band PUYA.

ANKLA will perform on the second stage with close friends and stage headliners, HATEBREED, along with THE SHOWDOWN, NILE and MONDO GENERATOR, among other acts. Meanwhile, the main stage will be headlined by the godfather of metal OZZY OSBOURNE.

In other ANKLA news, the band has launched a new e-card in support of their upcoming participation in this year's Ozzfest at this location.

ANKLA is currently finishing up support duties on the "True Rock Tour" featuring headliners SOIL and SEEMLESS. Shortly after, ANKLA will join SKINLAB for the "Face of Aggression Tour".
