ANGTORIA To Begin Recording Vocals Next Week

ANGTORIA, the new Swedish/British orchestral/metal band formed by female singer Sarah Jezebel Deva (CRADLE OF FILTH, THERION, MORTIIS), composer Chris Rehn (ABYSSOS) and Tommy Rehn (MOAHNI MOAHNA), are currently working on their debut album, "God Has A Plan For Us All", for a tentative April 24, 2006 release via Listenable Records. Drums, bass and guitars have been completed and the band are said to be "very satisfied" with the result. Right now, ANGTORIA are working on the orchestral arrangements in preparation for Sarah's arrival on January 6 in order to begin recording the vocals. Mixing has been scheduled to commence on January 14, with acclaimed producer Daniel Bergstrand (IN FLAMES, SOILWORK, MESHUGGAH, DEVIN TOWNSEND, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, BEHEMOTH) stepping in during the initial phase, before Tommy and Chris complete the mix with Micke Öhlén at Sidelake. The mastering will be completed in mid-February.

As previously reported, "God Has A Plan For Us All" will feature guest appearances by CRADLE OF FILTH bassist Dave Pybus and MY DYING BRIDE frontman Aaron Stainthorpe. A full-length MP3 of the ANGTORIA demo track "Six Feet Under's Not Deep Enough" has been made available for download at Other songtitles expected to appear on the upcoming CD include "Confide In Me" (KYLIE MINOGUE cover), "Little Girl", "Deity Of Disgust" and "I Cried Alone".
