ANGELCORPSE To Record New Four-Song Mini-CD

June 26, 2008

Long-running extreme metallers ANGELCORPSE have issued the following update:

"Thus culminates the touring for 'Of Lucifer and Lightning'. ANGELCORPSE conquered the eastern United States in April 2007, alongside WATAIN and NEGATIVE PLANE, Europe in April and May 2008 with doom brothers ARKHON INFAUSTUS and REVENGE, and finally the American West Coast in June with the vile help of GOSPEL OF THE HORNS, CEMETARY URN, SANGUIS IMPEREM and no less than Damon Bloodstorm of BESTIAL WARLUST fame and the mighty HOLOCAUST WOLVES OF THE APOCALYPSE. ANGELCORPSE is quite honored to have been offered these opportunities and we wish to extend our gratitude to all parties involved. We are all of the same distinct community, and it is only through our camaraderie and hard work that we strive forward. Proud hails to all that support this movement. Regarding the future, expect a four-song mini-CD to be recorded by the end of the year. Lightning death descends."

ANGELCORPSE recently added a second guitarist Kelly McLauchlin of PESSIMIST, UNHOLY GHOST and DIABOLIC fame just in time for their West Coast shows. According to a press release, "it was quite important to get back to the wall of sound that could not be accurately recreated live with only one guitar."

ANGELCORPSE's latest album, "Of Lucifer and Lightning", was released in the U.S. last June via Osmose/The End Records.
