ALL SHALL PERISH Parts Ways With Guitarist, Announces Replacement

February 5, 2009

Oakland, California-based extreme metallers ALL SHALL PERISH have parted ways with guitarist Chris Storey due to "many long-standing internal issues."

ALL SHALL PERISH has issued the following statement on the matter: "We WILL be doing all upcoming tours and fests! We have an unbelievable replacement named Jason Richardson. Can't wait to see everyone on the road! We will be doing a small headliner, the 'The Atticus Metal Tour' [with EMMURE, WINDS OF PLAGUE, TERROR, THE GHOST INSIDE, and special guests on select dates, SHAI HULUD, UNDERNEATH THE GUN and ABACABB]. tour and then a ton of major fests in Europe. We have some surprises in store as well!"

ALL SHALL PERISH's third full-length album, "Awaken the Dreamers", sold around 5,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to enter The Billboard 200 chart at position No. 126. The follow-up to "The Price of Existence" was recorded at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland with producer Zack Ohren.

ALL SHALL PERISH filmed a video for the song "Never… Again" in downtown Los Angeles on November 11 with director Gary Smithson (EXODUS, PRONG, GOATWHORE, etc.). Check out photos from the video shoot at this location.

Capital Chaos posted interview and performance footage (see below) of ALL SHALL PERISH, shot on November 15, 2008 at The Boardwalk in Orangevale, California. Also on the bill were HATE ETERNAL, JOB FOR A COWBOY, ANNOTATIONS OF AN AUTOPSY and ANIMOSITY.
