ALICE IN CHAINS, DEF LEPPARD, STONE SOUR Confirmed For Italy's GODS OF METAL Festival

ALICE IN CHAINS, DEF LEPPARD, STONE SOUR and BLOODSIMPLE have been confirmed for the tenth edition of Gods Of Metal festival, set to take place June 1-4 at Idroscalo in Milan, Italy. ALICE IN CHAINS, STONE SOUR and BLOODSIMPLE are expected to play on the last day of the event, June 4. GUNS N' ROSES will headline the festivities on June 4, while KORN and DEFTONES will perform regular sets prior to the headliners. DEF LEPPARD will play on June 3, along with MOTÖRHEAD and WHITESNAKE. DIMMU BORGIR and OPETH are scheduled for the first day of the festival, June 1 (which will feature VENOM as headliners). An official announcement regarding the lineup of the festival and exact running order, as well as prices of tickets, is expected to be issued tomorrow.
