ALICE IN CHAINS Bassist's Wedding Photo

VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES drummer Matt Sorum has uploaded a photo (see below) taken at the May 8, 2010 wedding of Michael "Mike" Inez, the Grammy Award-winning rock musician best known for his role as the bass guitarist of ALICE IN CHAINS, and Mike's longtime grilfriend, Sydney Kelly.

Commented Sorum: "Big turnout at the beautiful estate of Susan Silver, ALICE IN CHAINS' manager. In attendance were Zakk Wylde, Jerry Cantrell, Duff McKagan, Sean Kinney, Denny Seiwell and an amazing turnout of close friends and family.

"A hawk flew over Mike and his bride's head during the ceremony. And I thought of our old friend Randy Castillo [late OZZY OSBOURNE/MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer] looking down on his good friend Mike with pride."

Inez began his career in music by playing guitar and saxophone. Since the late 1980s, his career has consisted of the role of bass guitarist in popular hard rock bands.

In addition to being a member of ALICE IN CHAINS, Inez has worked with other popular musical acts such as OZZY OSBOURNE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and HEART.
