ALICE COOPER, CHEAP TRICK Tour Dates Announced

ALICE COOPER and CHEAP TRICK will be embarking on a joint U.S. tour beginning in late August. Confirmed tour dates so far are as follows:

Sep. 01 - Rockford, IL @ On the Waterfront
Sep. 02 - Grand Rapids, MI @ Van Andel Arena
Sep. 04 - Loveland, CO @ Harley Rally/Bud Events Center
Sep. 05 - Pueblo, CO @ Colorado State Fair
Sep. 09 - Grand Junction, CO @ Rock Jam
Sep. 10 - Albuquerque, NM @ New Mexico State Fair
Sep. 14 - El Cajon, CA @ Concerts in the Park

ALICE COOPER's new album, "Dirty Diamonds", is tentatively scheduled for release this summer through an as-yet-undisclosed label. The CD, which is said to be a continuation of the more organic approach found on Cooper's last effort, "The Eyes of Alice Cooper", was overseen by Steve Lindsey, who co-produced Cooper's 2004 duet with rapper XZIBIT, "Stand" (off the official Olympics Games album, "Unity") and has worked with Elton John, Luther Vandross and Leonard Cohen.
