AFTER ALL: New Album Title, Artwork Unveiled

December 22, 2008

Belgian metallers AFTER ALL have set "Cult Of Sin" as the title of their new album, tentatively due in early March 2009 via Dockyard 1 in Europe (Locomotive Records in the U.S.).

Commented the band: "We can already reveal Gabriel Bueno's amazing artwork [see below] for the new album. Gabriel has been designing some very interesting stuff lately, for bands like KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, LAMB OF GOD and UNEARTH. It's nice to be part of such an impressive portfolio.

"Dan Swanö (BLOODBATH, HAIL OF BULLETS, NOVEMBERS DOOM) finished mixing and mastering 'Cult Of Sin' earlier this week at Unisound in Örebro, Sweden. Dan provided us with an ultra-heavy, yet crystal clear sound, exceeding any expectation we had — just the way this record was supposed to sound!

"Some very special guests performed on the album. We'll be announcing them in the coming weeks, along with snippets of the new songs."

AFTER ALL released its latest CD, "This Violent Decline", in the U.S. on August 28, 2007 via Locomotive/Dockyard 1/Ryko Distribution. The album was released in Europe in the fall of 2006 via Dockyard 1. The follow-up to 2005's "The Vermin Breed" was recorded by Dee J. at Hype Studio in Mechelen, Belgium and was mixed by Fredrik Nordström (IN FLAMES, ARCH ENEMY, SOILWORK) at Studio Fredman in Göteborg, Sweden. Tue Madsen (THE HAUNTED, HATESPHERE) took care of the mastering at Antfarm Studio in Aabyhoj, Denmark.
