ADRIFT To Record Debut EP

ADRIFT, the new "emotive, aggro hard-rock" band featuring CANNIBAL CORPSE guitarist Jack Owen and ex-EPITAPH/RESURRECTION drummer Kevin Astl, will enter AudioHammer Studios (SUMMON, BURNING INSIDE, CONTROL DENIED, GOD FORBID, MONSTROSITY, TRIVIUM) in Sanford, Florida next week to begin recording their debut EP, tentatively due early next year. Jason Suecof (CAPHARNAUM) will be producing the CD, which will be used for shopping purposes and will be available to the general public. The recording sessions will take place between December 3 and 10, with the mastering scheduled to happen at Morrisound studios in Tampa the following week.

ADRIFT's lineup is rounded out by Mark Elm on vocals, Analia Pizzaro (a "totally hot babe!!" according to Astl) on guitar, and Michael Capuano on bass guitar. Check out the band's web site, www.adrift.cc, soon for details and updates.
