ACE FREHLEY: Dutch Date Announced

According to a posting on the KISS fan site, original KISS guitarist Ace Frehley will perform at 013 in Tilburg, Holland on June 11. Frehley will also reportedly make an appearance at this year's Download festival, which will be held the weekend of June 13-15 at Donington Park, Leicestershire, UK. Also scheduled to perform at Download is KISS, among many other acts.

Ace Frehley's much-anticipated new album which was originally expected this spring has been delayed until the end of the year.

Ace Frehley was the featured guest on "The Metal File" with Mike Metal on February 29 on CHOM 97.7 FM in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

In a recent interview with Ace stated about his current solo tour, "Everyone in my new band is starting to lock in together and we all get along great on and off the stage. Things are good. Sobriety helps. It's much easier for me to tour now that I'm not waking up with a hangover every day.

"There's an old saying, 'The more you do, the more you can do.' I just think it's important that I get out there and show everyone that I'm trying to make a comeback."
