AC/DC: Interview With Original Bassist Posted Online

January 30, 2006

AC/DC fan site AC/DC Highway To Hell has posted separate interviews with original AC/DC bass player Larry Van Kreidt (who was in the group from their inception in 1973 through part of 1974) and the band's first recording bassist, Mark Evans. Check out both interviews at www.acdccollector.com (in the "Interviews" section).

As previously reported, original AC/DC frontman Dave Evans will be teaming up with the Tampa, Florida-based heavy metal band BLACK ZODIAC for a nationwide tour dubbed "The Sins of the Zodiac Tour". Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.

Evans was a member of AC/DC from the band's inception in 1973 until 1974. Following his departure from AC/DC, Dave Evans formed the wild hedonistic rock band RABBIT, Melbourne '80s rock outfit DAVE EVANS AND THUNDER DOWN UNDER, and lastly DAVE EVANS AND HOT COCKEREL. Dave Evans has also toured as a solo act, and in 2004 released his current album, "Sinner", on Germany's Cultural Minority record label. In 2005, Dave Evans toured across Holland, Germany and Switzerland with the renowned southern rock band MOLLY HATCHET.
