ABYSMAL DAWN Shows Off Carpal Tunnel-Inducing Riffs

August 8, 2007

The Los Angeles-based extreme metal band ABYSMAL DAWN recently visited the FPE-TV studios in Burbank, CA to show off some of their carpal tunnel-inducing riffs. Footage of guitarists Charles Elliott and Jamie Boulanger performing the song "Servants to Their Knees", as well as a few new riffs, can be viewed below.

ABYSMAL DAWN will enter the studio this year to begin recording the as-yet-untitled follow-up to "From Ashes". An early 2008 release is expected.

ABYSMAL DAWN's debut album, "From Ashes", was released in April 2006 via Crash Music Inc. It was engineered, mixed and mastered by John Haddad at Shiva Industries. The band toured in support of that album this past fall alongside SIX FEET UNDER, KRISIUN and DECAPITATED. ABYSMAL DAWN has also played with reunited black metal legends EMPEROR and IMMORTAL.
