Belgian gory death metallers ABORTED are tentatively due to record their next full-length CD, entitled The Saw And The Carnage Done, in November for a February 2003 release through Listenable Records. Around 8-9 songs will be laid down, featuring material "somewhat in the vein of Engineering The Dead, yet more evolved, faster, catchy & offensive," according to an official Listenable press release. In other news, the band recorded their live-set at the IMMORTAL/HYPOCRISY show in Lille, France last month, and will include three of the songs on an upcoming split live 10" vinyl with EXHUMED. A fall release through Listenable is expected.
