ABORTED: Photos Of New Lineup Posted Online

Belgian death metallers ABORTED made their live debut with their new lineup on Saturday (Jan. 14) in La Louviere, Belgium. Check out pictures at VS-Webzine.com. The group's new formation includes Seb Purulator (ex-GARWALL, BALROG, GENITAL GRINDER) on guitar and Olivia Scemama (ex-NO RETURN, BALROG) on bass following the departures of Thijs "Tace" de Cloedt and bassist Frederic "Free" Vanmassenhove, respectively.

ABORTED's The Domination Tour 2006 of Europe with CRYPTOPSY, GRAVE, DEW-SCENTED, VESANIA and HURTLOCKER is scheduled to kick off January 31 in Warsaw, Poland.

ABORTED's most recent album, "The Archaic Abattoir", was released in March 2005 via Listenable Records. The CD was mixed at Antfarm Studios in Denmark with producer Tue Madsen (THE HAUNTED, PANZERCHRIST, MNEMIC, EKTOMORF, DESTINY). Guest vocal appearances on the album include Bo Summer (ILLDISPOSED), Michael Bogballe (MNEMIC) and Jacob Bredahl (HATESPHERE).
