ZERO SYSTEM Parts Ways With Singer, Announces Replacement

ZERO SYSTEM, the North Carolina-based band featuring guitarist Kyle Rakes (BLOODJINN), guitarist/singer Justin Reich and drummer Trey Harding, has parted ways with vocalist Joel Collins "due to Collins needing to dedicate more time to the upcoming BLOODJINN release." A replacement singer in the shape of Adam Cody (GLASS CASKET) has already been secured and two songs — "New Brand of Justice" and "Reaction" — have been posted on the band's MySpace page. In mid-December, ZERO SYSTEM will shoot its first music video with Blake Faucette at All Aces Media.

Rakes, who is the main writer for ZERO SYSTEM, believes he has found his niche musically. He says, "This is something I've always wanted to do, and a whole different style of writing than I am use to with other projects I am involved with."
