ZAKK WYLDE To Perform National Anthem At This Saturday's X GAMES

This year's fourteenth annual X Games — an event with a focus on extreme action sports — is happening now in Los Angeles, and on Saturday morning, August 2, guitarist Zakk Wylde (OZZY OSBOURNE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY) will open the day's events with another sure-to-be-rousing rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner".

The X Games are for athletes that know no boundaries when it comes to their performance — be it on a motorcycle, rally car or skateboard. So it's more than fitting that Zakk's been tapped to open the day's festivities.

The X Games air on ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC. Check local listings for more information.
