ZAKK WYLDE Names New Son SABBATH
Legendary guitarist Zakk Wylde (BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, OZZY OSBOURNE) and his wife, Barbaranne, welcomed their fourth child, Sabbath Page Wielandt Wylde, yesterday (Wednesday, July 4) at 11:40 p.m. He weighed in at eight pounds, 1.3 ounces and measured 21 inches long.
Zakk and Barbaranne have three other children: Hayley Rae, Hendrix, and Jesse. BLACK SABBATH singer Ozzy Osbourne is the godfather of Jesse, and baseball slugger Mike Piazza is the godfather of Hendrix.
When asked in a recent interview with Zoiks! Online if he had any free time coming up in the next couple of years, Zakk replied, "No. I gotta be honest with you, I love working. My kids, the two oldest are in college, the little guy is nine and Barbaranne is 6 ½ months pregnant right now. My friends are like, 'You must be excited you're having another baby.' 'Yeah, we just extended the tour another twenty years.'"
