YOB Part Ways With ABSTRACT SOUNDS, Seek New Label Home

Eugene, Oregon's YOB have parted ways with their record label, Abstract Sounds. "It was a amicable split, and YOB is fortunate to have worked with the truly fantastic folks at Abstract Sounds," reads a post on the group's web site.

"Our new record, 'The Illusion Of Motion', will be finished May 3rd. We have not secured a new deal as of yet, but we will be shopping the record around in hopes of a 2004 release."

"The Illusion Of Motion" features four songs clocking in at 57 minutes. The complete track listing for the CD is as follows:

04. The Illusion Of Motion

YOB will embark on a U.S. tour in support of their current album, "Catharsis", beginning on May 7 in Portland.
