10 YEARS Top Active Rock Radio Chart For Eighth Week
Republic/Universal recording artists 10 YEARS scored another major coup this week when their first single, "Wasteland", became the #1 song at Active Rock Radio, according to Mediabase and BDS, for the eighth week straight; it is also narrowing in on #1 Alternative single in the country.
The song "Wasteland" is from 10 YEARS' debut album, "The Autumn Effect", which has sold 169,000 copies in the United States since its August 2005 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. A documentary-style video for the track was recently shot in Los Angeles with famed director Kevin Kerslake (NIRVANA, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS) and is said to capture the band "on a level of social consciousiousness with the theme focusing on social injustices around the world."
10 YEARS' upcoming stint as openers for KORN and MUDVAYNE is scheduled to begin on February 24 in Bakersfield, California and continue through early April.
