9-Year-Old Son Of METSATÖLL Drummer Competing In 'Estonia's Got Talent'
Simo Atso — the nine-year-old son of Marko Atso, the drummer of the Estonian pagan/folk metal act METSATÖLL — is taking part in "Estonia's Got Talent", the Estonian version of the "America's Got Talent" reality television series that features singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and other performers of all ages competing for a top prize of 250,000 Estonian crowns (approximately $22,000).
Video footage of Simo's "Estonia's Got Talent" audition can be viewed below.
Simo, who started playing drums when he was just two years old, has reportedly made it to second round of the competition.
Atso and the son of another Estonian metal musican are members of the duo KERELUU (MySpace page) which occasionally serves as the support act for their parents' bands.
