WORLD UNDER BLOOD: 'Into The Arms Of Cruelty' Video Released

September 6, 2012

"Into The Arms Of Cruelty", the new video from WORLD UNDER BLOOD — the melodic death metal project led by CKY guitarist/vocalist Deron Miller — can be seen below. The clip was directed by Shan Dan Horan, who has previously worked with WINDS OF PLAGUE, VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE!, ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS and THE BREATHING PROCESS.

"Violence towards children is an appalling, disgusting and unfortunately a rampant occurrence amongst millions of households." states Miller.

"WORLD UNDER BLOOD will always campaign to bring harsh reality straight to your senses, no matter how ugly and offensive, to bring awareness to its existence.

"Any misunderstanding that we condone any kind of despicable behavior like the variety found in this music video is false and idiotic."

"Into The Arms Of Cruelty" comes off WORLD UNDER BLOOD's debut album, "Tactical", which sold around 900 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The CD landed at position No. 32 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.

The artwork for "Tactical" was brought to life by the twisted mind of Pär Olofsson (IMMORTAL, THE FACELESS, ABYSMAL DAWN) and can be seen below.

The drum tracks on "Tactical" were laid down by Tim Yeung (DIVINE HERESY, VITAL REMAINS, HATE ETERNAL).

WORLD UNDER BLOOD recently announced the addition of drummer Mike Heller (FEAR FACTORY, MALIGNANCY) and bassist Kyle Konkiel (IN THIS MOMENT) to the group's ranks.
