WITHIN TEMPTATION, LEAVES' EYES Singers Perform With DELAIN In Holland; Video Available

WITHIN TEMPTATION vocalist Sharon den Adel and LEAVES' EYES singer Liv Kristine performed with DELAIN on November 2 at Broerenkerk in Zwolle, Holland. They reprised their respective guest vocalist roles from DELAIN's 2006 debut album, "Lucidity". Watch fan-filmed video footage from the concert below.

DELAIN is the Dutch gothic rock project founded by ex-WITHIN TEMPTATION keyboardist Martijn Westerholt (brother of WITHIN TEMPTATION's Robert Westerholt).

DELAIN released a new single, "See Me in Shadow", in the Netherlands on July 23. In addition to the title cut, the single includes three special acoustic versions.

DELAIN's video for "See Me in Shadow" is available for viewing on YouTube. The song is the second single from DELAIN's debut album, "Lucidity", which came out last year. The clip for "See Me in Shadow" was shot on May 8 "in a very special country cottage in Brabant, Holland," according to a posting on the group's web site.

In addition to Martijn Westerholt and Charlotte Wessels (vocals),"Lucidity" features guest appearances by the following musicians:

"Lucidity" contains some interesting duets: Liv Kristine sings with Marco Hietala on "Day For Ghosts" and with Charlotte on "See Me In Shadow". Sharon den Adel's distinctive voice is a great counterpart to Marco's intense vocals on "No Compliance", whereas the heavy grunts of George Oosthoek combine very well with Charlotte's peaceful voice on a number of other tracks.
