WITH PASSION is 'Insanely Excited' To Be Working With Producer ERIK RUTAN

Sacramento's melodic, blackened tech-metallers WITH PASSION have issued the following update:

"After many months of intense writing we are now slated to go in and record at Mana Studios in Tampa, Florida with Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL, MORBID ANGEL) in October. We are insanely excited to be working with the man behind the production of such albums as INTO THE MOAT's 'The Design', CANNIBAL CORPSE's 'Kill', SOILENT GREEN's 'Confrontation', and many other great metal recordings. The album will have 10 tracks, including re-recorded versions of 'Encryption' and 'Vengeance in Departure'. It should be released around March or April of next year. We plan on touring extensively during 2007 to support this release, so we will definately be rolling through a city near you soon."

WITH PASSION's Earache Records debut, a re-release of "In The Midst Of Bloodied Soil", hit U.S. stores in March 2005.
