WITCHKING Announces New Singer

Polish epic heavy metal band WITCHKING has announced the addition of singer Michal Zaczek (pictured below; RELOAD) to the group's ranks.

Commented guitarist Tomek Pater: "We had a very good contact with Michal from the very first meeting. There's no doubt that he is the right person in the right place. He passes his enthusiasm on to us with his ideas for arranging new material. We definately needed this kind of fresh blood in our veins, and despite the fact that this is only the beginning, we are all very optimistic about the future."

WITCHKING's previous singer, Tomek "Storm" Twardowski played his final show with the band on April 21 in Kraków alongside TÝR, ALESTORM and HEIDEVOLK.

"Metal Grail", the latest video from WITCHKING, can be viewed below. The clip was shot on November 11, 2008 by Psychrape Art at Rotunda club in Krakow. The song comes off the group's sophomore album, "Hand of Justice", which came out last September via Insanity Records.

Formed in 2003, WITCHKING released its self-titled debut LP in 2007 via the French label Aural Offerings.
