WARRIOR: More Shows Announced

Resurgent metal legends WARRIOR have announced two more Southern California shows following their recent Hollywood return after a 10-year absence. The band will be teaming up with Orange County's vaunted triple axe attack LEATHERWOLF and the reformed DRIVER, featuring guitarist Roy Z (HALFORD, BRUCE DICKINSON) and vocalist Rob Rock (IMPELLITTERI),for a warm-up show at the Galaxy Concert Theatre, 3503 South Harbor Blvd., Santa Ana, CA 92704 on June 19 prior to departing for Germany's Bang Your Head!!! festival. On August 1, WARRIOR will be sharing a bill at the Whisky a Go Go, 8901 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069 with LEATHERWOLF and L.A. rockers DC4, featuring guitarists Jeff Duncan (ARMORED SAINT, ODIN) and Rowan Robertson (ex-DIO, VIOLET'S DEMISE).

WARRIOR has been confirmed for the the third annual Rocklahoma festival, set to take place July 9-12, on the Catch The Fever Festival Grounds in Pryor, Oklahoma. The band will also make an exclusive European appearance at Germany's prestigious Bang Your Head!!! festival on June 26.

WARRIOR's current lineup features original members Parramore McCarty (vocals) and mastermind/guitarist Joe Floyd, along with new lead guitarist AC Alexander, bassist Rob Farr, and longtime drummer Dave DuCey. A new WARRIOR album, the band's first with McCarty since 1998's "Ancient Future", is in the works and being helmed by Floyd at his L.A. South Bay studio facility.
