WARCHITECT Complete Work On Sophomore Album

Dutch tech-metallers WARCHITECT have finished recording their sophomore album, tentatively titled "Sea of Red". The 11-song follow-up to 2002's "Mind" delivers "better compositions and better recordings, with a touch of thrash metal added to [the band's] sound," according to drummer Nolo Honkoop. Nolo had previously played in the death metal band JUDGEMENT DAY and funk act D'UPYOGHURTED, with whom he reached the finals of the "Grote Prijs van Nederland" (Holland's biggest band competition) in 1998. He was also honored with the "Best Drummer" award during that competition.
