New York rockers VOICES OF EXTREME will release their second album, "Break The Silence", on November 15.
VOICES OF EXTREME was created by childhood friends Don Chaffin and Bob Brennan. They started working on the recordings for their second release in late 2009 when Brennan and Nick Gertsson returned to New York. The 2013 lineup includes Chaffin on vocals, Brennan on bass, Gertsson on guitar, and John Cappadona on drums.
Says Chaffin: "'Break The Silence' is a culmination of the band's collective influences and various individual styles of the band members and a direct outreach to the fans who have come to love and support our music and live performances."
VOICES OF EXTREME debuted in 2005 with "Hypocrite", a record that was produced by Dan Spitz (ANTHRAX). More recently, Chaffin performed with Spitz in the band RED LAMB, which embarked on a seven-week tour in early 2013.
