VIVISECT Announces New Album Title

December 1, 2008

Spawned from the ashes of the rock band ROAD CLOSED, VIVISECT is a thrash/death/progressive metal band based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Through many style and lineup changes, VIVISECT has now found a solid lineup and have slowly come into their own sound. Fusing influences from such bands as SLAYER, THINE EYES BLEED, PANTERA, TESTAMENT, GOJIRA and even MASTODON, VIVISECT has begun weaving what they hope to be something new and fresh for the Edmonton metal scene.

VIVISECT has set "Necopolis Domine" as the title of its new album, tentatively due next year. The CD artwork will once again be created by Jordan Dorge.

VIVISECT is:

Mark Kozak - Drums
Brandon "Zee" Zilinski - Guitar
Tyler "Big T" Dory - Lead Guitar
Patrick "Patty" Kennedy - Bass
