VINNIE PAUL's Playhouse Webcam

December 1, 2008

Vinnie Paul Abbott (PANTERA, DAMAGEPLAN, HELLYEAH) fans got shocking surprise when we fired up the webcam for the first time on Thanksgiving Day and spread the news via a MySpace bulletin and for the first time Vinnie's kitchen was on display for thousands of fans to see live! Curious fans watched Vinnie drumming up an appetite and stirring up the gravy and basting the turkey while all his friends dropped by to sample the goodies!

Viewers were given a tour of the house by Big Vin Records staff member Videobob using the built-in camera on his little HP laptop. Cameos included HELLYEAH/ex-DAMAGEPLAN bass player Bob "Zilla" Kakaha and a special appearance from lead singer of STAIND, Aaron Lewis, who came to town to spend Thanksgiving with Vinnie and Rita Haney, longtime girlfriend of Vinnie's late brother Dimebag.

After all the munchies, the whole crew went out to a local bowling alley and Videobob brought his laptop and logged into the bowling alley's wireless and continued the show as Vinnie and friends bowled into the morning hours!

The webcam will be back up for special events and parties whenever Videobob and his laptop are over at the house. The first official scheduled event will be Vinnie's New Year's Eve party at his house in Arlington, Texas starting at around 10:00 p.m. Vinnie will assemble a band in the living room of his house and play some cool cover tunes in the tradition he made with Dimebag as the band GASOLINE. Who knows what surprise guests will pop in and join in?

Check out the webcam at its home location.
