VINCE NEIL Schedules Charity Meet & Greet In Houston

In association with Vince Neil and the TJ Martell Foundation, ZRock is proud to present a ZRock Crue for the Cure event to benefit the Skylar Neil Memorial Foundation and the TJ Martell Foundation to help fund research and find a cure for leukemia, cancer and AIDS.

ZRock Crue for the Cure enables rock fans around the globe to help find a cure for these diseases by participating in online rock-a-thons as well as local market charity events. By making a $10 donation, fans can meet Vince Neil and get their MÖTLEY CRÜE items autographed at a special charity meet and greet event from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2004 at the Hard Rock Cafe, located at 502 Texas Ave in downtown Houston next to the Verizon Wireless Theatre. In association with rock 101 KLOL, one hundred and one priority meet and greet tickets are available. Fans can guarantee admission by purchasing online at www.zrock.com. 100 percent of all donations will directly benefit the TJ Martell Foundation.

In 1995, Vince Neil lost his four year old daughter Skylar to stomach cancer. The Skylar Neil Memorial Foundation has donated nearly $1 million to various charity organizations for leukemia, cancer and AIDS research. All proceeds from this event will be distributed to the TJ Martell Foundation. The TJ Martell Foundation was founded in 1975 by music industry executive Tony Martell and his colleagues in memory of his son, T.J., a victim of leukemia. To date, theFoundation has raised more than $175 million to fund research into innovative cures and treatments of leukemia, cancer and AIDS at nine research facilities throughout the United States.
