VINCE NEIL: MÖTLEY CRÜE Reunion Tour To Consist of 60 Dates

May 6, 2004

Singer Vince Neil "officially" confirmed the 2005 MÖTLEY CRÜE reunion/farewell tour in a live interview Wednesday (May 5) with L.A.'s XTRA Sports Talk 690 Cannon Talk to promote Thursday's Sklyar Neil Memorial Golf Tournament and ZRock Crüe for the Cure's online rock-a-thon.

"Today MÖTLEY CRÜE confirmed sixty dates for next year for our new tour with all the original members," Neil said. "It's basically our farewell/reunited tour."

When told that "farewell is never really farewell," Vince replied "I think one more year with these guys and I'm out...everybody always says that...we'll see what happens."

The 2004 Sklyar Neil Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, May 6, in Malibu, CA to benefit the TJ Martell Foundation to help fund research and find the cure for leukemia, cancer, and AIDS. Fans can help the cause by donating to ZRock Crue for the Cure's online rock-a- thon thru the end of June. Everyone who donates any amount is eligible to win a guitar signed by Vince Neil, premium tickets to see Vince Neil live in concert, and Ozzfest 2004 tickets. The drawing will be held on July 1, 2004.
