VIKING SKULL Sign U.S. Deal With CARSON DALY's 456 ENTERTAINMENT

January 26, 2006

VIKING SKULL, the Corby, U.K.-based old-school metallers, have signed a deal with 456 Entertainment/Universal to release their debut album, "Born in Hell", in the USA this spring. Upon its U.K. release last October, "Born in Hell" received rave reviews from the U.K. metal press, with Metal Hammer's 9/10 review stating that the band were "like MOTÖRHEAD on testosterone supplements." A longtime supporter of the band, Bam Margera (MTV's "Jackass", "Viva La Bam") said, "We're stoked to have VIKING SKULL on board. They are the hottest rock 'n' roll band to come out of the U.K. since BLACK SABBATH." Carson Daly, who co-founded 456 Entertainment, added, "Your favorite rock and roll band now sucks — VIKING SKULL will out-distort, out-solo, and out-rock all others." This spring will see the U.S. release of "Born in Hell" and to celebrate, the band have announced a short run of U.K. shows culminating at a show at the Garage on June 6, 2006. Tickets are on sale now at the appropriately satanic price of £6.66.

VIKING SKULL on tour:

Jun. 03 – Manchester, UK - Roadhouse
Jun. 04 - Glasgow, UK - Cathouse
Jun. 05 - Sheffield, UK - Corporation
Jun. 06 - London, UK - Garage
