VIKING SKULL: New Album Title Announced

May 22, 2008

Corby, U.K.-based old-school metallers VIKING SKULL have issued the following update:

"VIKING SKULL will be playing the United States for the first time ever this summer at the Filthy Note Theatre in West Chester, Pennsylvania on July 26th. Obviously the guest list is going to be out of control but something like 350 or maybe 400 tickets will be for sale. More info will be coming soon on how to get them. We will try our best to dodge Ticketmaster as they like to rape your asshole with their ridiculous 'convenience fees.'

"While out in the USA, VIKING SKULL will also be writing/recording a brand new album titled 'Doom, Gloom, Heartache & Whiskey' (if we're not too drunk) with Chad I Ginsburg (CKY) as producer. This album will be released worldwide November 2008."

VIKING SKULL last year announced the addition of guitarist Jules Cooper and drummer Jess Margera to the group's ranks.

The last VIKING SKULL album, "Chapter Two", was mixed by Chad I Ginsburg (CKY, INBRED) and Phil Nicolo (AEROSMITH, URGE OVERKILL) and is now available on iTunes.
