VANMAKT To Support IMPIETY In Gothenburg

April 6, 2008

Swedish black metal band VANMAKT will support IMPIETY on September 23 at the Hellraiser club in Gothenburg, Sweden. Also scheduled to appear are NOMINON and SPEARHEAD.

VANMAKT has set "Ad Luciferi Regnum" (rough translation: To the Kingdom of Lucifer) as the title of its second album, tentatively due before the end of the year. According to mainman Gorgoth, "The new songs are faster, since we enjoy to play fast music. They're even more melodic, but at the same time more brutal and rough."

VANMAKT's debut album, "Vredskapta Mrkersagor", features guest appearances by Jonas Renvaktar (SPAWN OF POSSESSION) on the song entitled "Open the Gates" and Hebbe from SKALD on the track "En Mardrm, En Strid, Ett Helvete". VANMAKT also filmed a video for the song "My Darkest Hate", which can be viewed below.
