VANISHING POINT, BLACK MAJESTY, EYEFEAR To Play Australian Benefit Concert

August 7, 2005

Four of the biggest names in Australian progressive/power metal will perform at a benefit gig for perennial prog/power radio program "Screaming Symphony". The gig will take place on Saturday, September 3 at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne, Australia and will feature VANISHING POINT (Dockyard 1),BLACK MAJESTY (LMP),EYEFEAR (Massacre Records/Intromental),and VOYAGER (DVS Records). The night is designed to promote heavy metal and to make money for community radio station PBS-FM — thus all the bands are playing for free. The concert will conclude with a massive heavy metal cover song with vocalists from all performing bands plus others. This will be the biggest metal event that specifically covers prog/power metal.
