V.O.D. Part Ways With TVT Records, Deny Band Split
V.O.D. have officially parted ways with TVT Records following the disappointing sales performance of the group's From Bliss To Devastation CD. However, contrary to recent rumors, the band have not broken up and will presumably regroup in the near future to begin demoing new material with a view toward landing another record deal.
The members of V.O.D. have spent the last few months pursuing other projects, among them an as-yet-unnamed group featuring guitarist Matt Baumbach and vocalist Tim Williams, and Baumbach's other band C.H.U.D. Meanwhile, guitarist Mike Kennedy is said to be working on a few projects outside of V.O.D. as well.
