U.K.-based melodic death metallers DESOLATION have completed work on their new album, "Lexicon V". "It is being taken to be mastered, probably at the renowned SRT mastering suite in Cambridge, over the next few weeks," says the band.

"Lexicon V" track listing (in no particular order):

01. Pain of Regret
02. Long Forgotten
03. Son of the Ashes
04. Instance of Reflection
05. When Eyes Bleed Cold
06. Shallow Water
07. The Bleak Tapestry
08. Till the Epilogue Plays

DESOLATION's debut album, "The Stone Oracles", was released in 2005 on the indie label Shadowflame Productions. The record made an immediate impact on the U.K. metal scene, gaining outstanding reviews both in the press and online. DESOLATION followed this up by supporting ROTTING CHRIST on tour and gigging with ANCIENT RITES and later ABGOTT.
