The CD features guest appearances by such acclaimed hard rock/heavy metal vocalists as Ronnie James Dio (DIO, RAINBOW, BLACK SABBATH), Dee Snider (TWISTED SISTER), and Joe Lynn Turner (RAINBOW, DEEP PURPLE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN). Rudy Sarzo (QUIET RIOT, WHITESNAKE, DIO, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) plays bass on two tracks, with Chris McCarvill handling the rest. Drummer Joe Franco (TWISTED SISTER, VINNIE MOORE, JACK BRUCE) plays on the entire record. The cover artwork for "Axes 2 Axes" was conceived by German artist Timo Wuerz.
