TREASURE LAND Parts Ways With Bassist

February 2, 2008

Swedish neo-classical/prog metal band TREASURE LAND has parted ways with bassist Magnus Lind. A replacement bassist has already been found.

TREASURE LAND last year announced the addition of singer Toby "Lungs of a Lion" Jay to the group's ranks. According to the band, Toby, who hails from Grums, Sweden, "really knocked our socks off when we heard him sing."

TREASURE LAND has posted audio samples from its 2007 demo at the group's official web site. The tracks available for preview are as follows:

01. Cities are Burning
02. Let the Curtain Fall
03. The Price
04. Only for You

TREASURE LAND previously described its new material as "straightforward/in-your-face metal interlaced with strong neoclassical elements."
