TONY IOMMI's Daughter's Band LUNARMILE 'On A Break'

April 8, 2008

LUNARMILE, the British band featuring frontwoman Toni-Marie Iommi (daughter of BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi) and bassist Alex Hill (son of JUDAS PRIEST bassist Ian Hill),has issued the following statement:

"We regret to inform you that for now and the foreseeable future, LUNARMILE are on a break. We would like to thank everyone that has supported us along the way; LUNARMILE would have not been possible without you.

"The MySpace page will remain open, and the full version of 'Belong' will be uploaded shortly. You can stay in touch with the individual band members via their own MySpace pages, as each of us will be pursuing other projects...so keep a lookout to see what we are doing."

LUNARMILE recently spent time in the recording studio with producer Chris Tsangarides, who has previously worked with JUDAS PRIEST, BLACK SABBATH and THIN LIZZY),among others.

LUNARMILE's latest EP features the three tracks "4 AM", "Get Over Yourself" and "I Know", all of which are also available via iTunes. In addition, the CD format includes a bonus acoustic version of the track "Stay".
