TOKYO DRAGONS To Support THE ALMIGHTY At Charity Shows

October 31, 2005

British hard rockers TOKYO DRAGONS have just been confirmed as the opening act for THE ALMIGHTY's forthcoming charity shows in January (Jan. 5 at Glasgow Garage and Jan. 6 at London Mean Fiddler).

As previously reported, THE ALMIGHTY are reforming for two very special benefit shows to raise money for leukaemia research, following the announcement that ex-bassist Floyd London is currently battling acute myeloid leukaemia. Further information on the shows, where to get tickets and how to vote for the classic songs you want on the set list is available at www.thealmighty.co.uk. The lineup for the shows is Ricky Warwick, Pete Friesen, Stumpy Munroe and Floyd London. The band are only back together for these two shows and tickets are going fast.

Look out for "The Almighty – Welcome To Defiance" charity wristbands on sale at leukaemia research's web site soon.
