TheSTART Part With The Label/Geffen, Plan UK Tour

TheSTART drummer Scott Ellis has confirmed via the band's official web site that the group have amicably parted ways with their record company The Label/Geffen and that they are currently shopping for a new deal. According to Ellis, “[we] took the last month off to chill after touring all summer/fall…and now are working on getting to the UK, and writing. Everything is better than it was before.” TheSTART's debut CD, Shakedown!, was released last July and has shifted a paltry 9,300 copies in the US to date, according to Soundscan.
