THERAPY? To Perform Acoustic Show For Tsunami Relief Effort

January 11, 2005

THERAPY? guitarist/vocalist Andy Cairns and bassist Michael McKeegan will be doing a short acoustic set in Belfast on Sunday, January 23 as part of the "One Day - Aid For Asia" charity event. The all-day (noon-midnight) musical event will feature over 40 bands/artists and DJs, most of them local and all appearing/traveling/rocking for free.

The event will be staged over three venues (The Limelight, Katy Daly's, Spring And Airbrake) with the running order to be decided on the day. Tickets are £10 and they're available from Katy Daly's and the Virgin Megastore in Belfast. All proceeds from the show will go to the tsunami relief effort.

THERAPY?'s follow-up to 2003's "High Anxiety", entitled "Never Apologise Never Explain", was recorded at Park Gate studios with producer Pete Barlett and was released in Europe last fall.
