THE STORYTELLER, KING DIAMOND Members Join Forces In KRYPTILLUSION

Fredrik Groth from the Swedish power/heavy metal act THE STORYTELLER has formed a brand new project called KRYPTILLUSION. According to Groth, KRYPTILLUSION is musically "pretty far" removed "from what I've done earlier," being "a melodic heavy/death metal band." The group's current lineup consists of Groth on guitars and bass, Mike Wead (KING DIAMOND, MERCYFUL FATE) on lead guitar, Stefan Westerberg (CARNAL FORGE, ASPERITY) on drums and Kristofer Nilsson (UNDIVINE) on vocals. "Right now I'm in the process of writing new songs and recording pre-production demos which will be used in the search for a record deal," says Groth.
