THE STEVE GRIMMETT BAND: New Month's Concert To Be Webcast

October 19, 2008

The November 1, 2008 concert by THE STEVE GRIMMETT BAND — the UK-based group led by former GRIM REAPER/ONSLAUGHT singer Steve Grimmett — at the Berlin Studios in Blackpool, UK — will be streamed live via the Internet at www.globegig.com. The webstream will be a one-hour special and totally free to view and enjoy.

Commented the band: "Steve and the guys will be performing a set list which will include songs from the new album 'Personal Crisis' as well as classic favorites from GRIM REAPER and LIONSHEART. There will also be an interview with Steve and an opportunity to personally ask questions via email.

"Please, everybody, get involved as this will be a great opportunity to check out Steve in 2008 and let me say he is on top form singing better than ever. For our friends outside the UK this is also a chance to see the set Steve is currently playing on tour with a few extra specials thrown in.

"For those who enjoy the show, we will be producing a very limited-edition DVD which will be signed and numbered. This will become a very collectable item in the future and will be priced at £11.00 + posting. This will be a professional recording, edited to multi shot views and comes with pro artwork.

"If you wish to be included on a pre-order list please email [email protected] with your details and quantities required.

"This should be a great night of entertainment and a chance to hear some classic hard rock/metal Steve Grimmett style who is still one of the best voices today."

THE STEVE GRIMMETT BAND was interviewed by "Angel Of Metal" at the Rock Of Ages Fest 2008, a charity event in aid of cancer research which was held on September 6-7 at The Asylum in Birmingham, England. Watch the chat below.
