THE PROJECT HATE: New Album To Feature Guest Appearance By EVERGREY Bassist

March 2, 2005

THE PROJECT HATE, the Swedish band featuring Jörgen Sandström of ENTOMBED/GRAVE fame on lead vocals, are currently recording their new album with producer Dan Swanö at Dan's studio in Örebro, Sweden. The band have posted the following studio update on their official web site:

"A few days ago we considered ourselves completely finished with the guitars and made a back-up disc of all the material (actually the guitars have been finished longer than that but we never got around to make a back-up disc of it),so now we are safe in case anything unexpected happens to the computers.

"Jörgen's vocals looks like they will be put down in Stockholm (in the same studio where VICIOUS ART — Jörgen's other band, recorded their debut album) at March 12th and 13th. Ms. Jo's stuff is planned to be recorded in Örebro the weekend after that, so we are definitely getting closer to completing this piece of domination.

"Bassist Michael Håkansson of EVERGREY has now gotten all of the material and has started to work with the bass for the album. Nope, he's not a member of TPH, he's just helping out as the good lad he is. We thank him for wanting in on this and can promise some excellent bass-work on this album.

"When everything is done as far as vocals/bass and guitars goes, K and Dan Swanö will spend some serious amount of time with the mix, which will happen in Dan's own studio.

"There's no set date for release, or even for when we will complete this album, but we are planning to have everything shaped up in April, and hopefully Threeman/Candlelight can have this monster out before summer."
