THE MISFITS, DEATH ANGEL, BLACK DAHLIA MURDER To Headline MILWAUKEE METALFEST

The 18th annual Milwaukee Metalfest is set to take place in just two weeks — on Friday and Saturday, July 30 and 31 — at Milwaukee's Modjeska Theatre.

The first year at the Modjeska, this year's festival will feature two stages — one indoors and one outdoors. Over 90 bands will perform over the course of two days.

The Milwaukee Metalfest is an all-ages event. Alcohol will be served with proper ID. Re-entry will be permitted until 5 p.m.

Tickets are $60 for a two-day pass and $36 for a single day, and are available at all Ticketmaster locations, Ticketmaster.com, charge by phone (414/276-4545),and the Modjeska Theatre box office.

The Modjeska Theatre is located at 1134 W. Mitchell Street, just two miles south of the US Cellular Arena, the Metalfest's previous home.

A Metalfest pre-party will be held Thursday, July 29 at Vnuk's, located at
5036 S. Packard Avenue. Six bands will perform. Tickets are $10 at the door or $5 with a Metalfest ticket. For more info, call (414) 481-1655.
